SOTA Tractors Pty Ltd, ABN 16 105 637 607, was incorporated in 2003. We are a leading small farm specialist, selling tractors, implements, and machinery for small farms across Australia. We provide comprehensive after-sales support for the tractors, implements and machinery we have sold across Australia. Our head office is located at 200 Mahoneys Rd, Thomaston, Victoria. We do not store customers’ credit card details. Our online shop uses world-recognised 3rd party financial transaction providers such as Stripe and Paypal. We do not receive any of your financial details from these providers.
We will never share your details without your express permission unless we are legally obliged.
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
