Tractor & Implement Pre-Delivery
Before leaving our warehouse, your tractor, loader and implements will be put through SOTA’s workshop. A detailed pre-delivery will be performed by SOTA’s qualified technicians.
SOTA will arrange the delivery of your tractor and implements to your farm and we will also provide instruction on maintaining and safely operating your equipment. This is called a tractor installation. We can install your tractor at a SOTA branch or by mobile phone. We can also visit your farm to install your tractor and implements.
After the installation, you should know how to perform daily safety checks and maintenance. You should also understand your tractor’s controls and how to use them.
Welcome Pack
Prior to delivery, we will send you a “Welcome Pack”, which includes SOTA’s comprehensive Essential Information Guide. It is important reading in preparation for receiving your tractor. It gives you a head start, enabling you to get more out of your tractor, sooner! The Essential Information Guide is an excellent, 43-page manual, covering the critical safety aspects of your tractor and front-end loader. It also provides an important maintenance schedule for your tractor and implements, how to attach them correctly and other useful information.
Operators Manuals & Documentation
Your Welcome Pack will also include the Operators Manuals for your tractor, loader and tractor implements, as well as written warranties for your tractor and implements.

Once your tractor has been delivered, our tractor installer will contact you to arrange a formal Tractor Installation. This installation will consolidate the knowledge that you have gleaned from the Welcome Pack, to get you up and running quickly and safely and to get the most out of your tractor.

Warranty
All tractors, loaders and implements come with a written warranty and operator’s manual. We have a full complement of spare parts on the shelf for your tractor and we respond promptly to your inquiries. You won’t be disappointed with a tractor from SOTA Tractors!
